The Cascades Park Homeowners Association requires an estoppel letter to be completed prior to each sale and should be accompanied by a $25 estoppel fee. This document provides a current violation and annual Assessment fee status for the property being purchased.

It is important to stress to buyers that Rental Properties MUST follow the same Rules and Regulations that an owner-occupied property follows. NO EXCEPTIONS.
